三、 注意事项
Notes
1、各参赛队伍领队准备好身份证（护照）原件或复印件，按时参加会议，领队会议结束后，各领队将队伍成员参赛包全部领取；
Team leaders shall carry the original or a copy of their ID card (passport) and attend the meeting on time. After the meeting, they shall receive the event packages for the team members.
2、若领队无法参加本次会议，可由组内成员代为参加，若不参加本次领队会议，将视为放弃本次比赛。
If a team leader is unable to attend the meeting, a team member can do it on his/her behalf. If the team leader or any member fails to attend the meeting, the team shall be deemed to have forfeited the competition.
